Social and Financial Empowerment of Adolescents’ (SoFEA) is a new initiative by BRAC targeting the adolescent girls in rural Bangladesh. Its goal is to empower the adolescent girls both socially as well as financially so as to enable them to conduct themselves in their communities with confidence and independence, and lead dignified lives.
