Abstract

As part of the 2011 GYEOC Conference break-out session on financial services and capabilities, Mamadou Diallo and Rosanna Ramirez of Freedom from Hunger (FFH) Mali discuss the product development process for youth-inclusive financial services. They explore how FFH used market research findings to inform the design of a youth-friendly product in Mali.
