Abstract

As part of the 2011 GYEOC Conference break-out session on financial services and capabilities, Sarah J. Myers presents the policy environment in the four countries where YouthStart is operating, Colombia, Kenya, Nepal and Ghana. The presentation discusses the barriers faced by financial institutions interested in serving youth, as well as those faced by youth.
