Abstract

Plan’s youth project focused on Village Savings and Loans (VSL) in Niger and Savings for Change (SfC) in Sierra Leone. The project aims to provide- access to financial services via community-based savings and credit association, market opportunities training, entrepreneurship training and life skills training.
